     New Beginnings International Children’s Family & Services is licensed to provide International and Domestic Home Study Services in Mississippi. Our professional, friendly and trained workers are located throughout the state, which saves you the added expense of travel and time. We know that many families are anxious to begin the adoption process once you have selected your Primary Provider and we work quickly and carefully to expedite the entire process, in conjunction with your ASP.      Russian Adoptions: We highly recommend you work only with agencies that are officially accredited in Russia. Click here to visit the official Russian Embassy list . New Beginnings will provide home study, post-placement and post-adoption services for families who choose to use an Accredited (Russian) agency, or who can provide Adoption Service Agreements through one of the Accredited (Russian) agencies.
